How do inclusive leaders think and act?

As skills shortages continue to intensify around the globe, employers are facing the ever-increasing challenge of attracting and retaining top talent, which is critical to maintaining a competitive advantage.

At the same time, professionals from both majority and minority groups are favouring employers with inclusive cultures and inclusive leaders. In fact, over 55% of employees we surveyed said they would turn down a job offer if the company values didn’t align with their own.

Within this context, the role of the leader as a culture shaper has become critical. What leaders say and do matters and there is a growing expectation from both majority and minority groups that leaders speak up on diversity and inclusion issues, and role model ethical and inclusive behaviours.

Becoming an inclusive leader has now become a critical factor in future-proofing your business and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Hosted by ED&I expert Dan Robertson, this webinar will explore:

  • The business case for inclusive leadership – why it matters
  • How do inclusive leaders think and act?
  • Actionable steps for transforming yourself into an inclusive leader

Dan will also be joined by special guest speakers Sunaina Kohli, Director of Global Inclusion at VF Corporation (owner of brands such as Vans, The North Face and Timberland), Nicholé McGill-Higgins, CIPD Consultant, Founder & Managing Director at Changez Life  and Jo WrightCEO & Co-Founder at Coaching Culture, who will share their experience and insights on how inclusive leadership can transform your organisation.
