How to remove bias from the recruitment process and increase diverse hiring

Watch on demand

Equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) has been high on organisations’ agendas for many years, as it rapidly became a business imperative, linked to profitability and shareholder value.

Research by McKinsey, BCG, Cloverpop and others has shown that businesses who excel at ‘responsible, purpose-led recruitment’ see higher levels of market competitiveness, obtained through increased innovation and creativity, as a result of their ability to attract and retain diverse talent. In addition, diverse companies generate nearly one-fifth more revenue than non-diverse companies.

It’s within this context that diverse hiring (the recruitment and hiring of under-represented individuals) has become a critical strategic objective for HR and business leaders around the globe.

In this webinar our expert panel will explore:
  • Why diverse hiring matters
  • How to identify and remove bias from your recruitment process
  • Case study: How Legal & General are building an inclusive hiring process
  • How to apply best practice diverse hiring in your organisation
