Management duties
Having P&Ls with a leadership team of managers in place.
Directly sourcing and hiring the best Recruitment Consultants in line with Walters People ethos
Ensuring that new recruitment consultant are adequately supported and trained in their role
Setting financial and KPI targets and coaching team members to meet or exceed them
Surpassing financial team targets
Conducting formal and informal appraisals to discuss career progression
Attending client and candidate meetings
Building relationships across the business to better understand current and future business needs
Identifying individual and team developmental needs
Monitoring the team’s tasks, NFI, productivity, Budget and headcount
Business Development
Identifying opportunities to continuously develop the relevant business area and the wider business
Generating new business by networking, promoting the brand, gathering market information and making business development calls
Assisting with CV marketing strategy and implementation
Understanding Robert Walters terms of business and negotiating fees (within pre-agreed parameters) to secure new and retain existing business
planning and developing recruitment strategies consistent with the wider Walters People strategy on candidate quality, review, cv marketing client margins and business development
Supporting the Divisional or Associate Directors in managing profit and loss
Identifying opportunities to enhance the delivery of services
Client / Account management
Cascading new and existing clients down to the team
Ensuring all candidates and clients are coded correctly and that files reflect and hold all required statutory information
Attaining comprehensive knowledge of each client’s organisation, culture, resourcing requirements and market
Providing market intelligence internally and externally
Assisting Credit Control with revenue assurance queries
Ensuring SLAs that are in place with our clients are met at all times
Handling prestigious accounts and taking accountability for key relationships
Building, managing and meeting the client relationship and expectations at all times
Building and Managing the client relationship, nurturing and developing business and client expectations at all times
