Career path:

The resource will face a training path together with Spain and international colleagues in order to develop skills in search and selection activities, as well as in commercial and the career path will lead the candidate to become an autonomous and international Head Hunter in a short time. Duties:

Activities related to search and selection

Publication of job advertisements

Selection interviews with candidates

Direct Search & Head Hunting activities

Contacts with clients for the management of selection processes

Activities related to Business Development

Development of own client portfolio

Contacts with new clients / prospects

Contacts and periodic appointments with established clients

Market mapping activities for business development the Profile

Candidates with two different possible back ground will be selected:

Experience in search and selection companies with a focus in Sales Sector

Or a university degree with an engineering focus and direct experience in Sales Sector

The profile is completed by:

Excellent knowledge of the English language

Good knowledge of the Office package

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent negotiating skills

Result orientation

Excellent time management skills

Strong interest in the world of personnel search and selection

Predisposition to people management

Aptitude and interest in Commercial and Business Development activities
