The Technical Support Engineer (L2) focuses on second line support for standard and medium complexity incidents.
Providing service to clients to endure that our systems remain operational and functional, resolving technical incidents and problems.
- 3 years of experience in Windows Server (2008/2008 R2 / 2012/2012 R2 / 2016)
- Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, etc ...
- Knowledge and experience in implementation of GPOs • Development of scripts, preferably in Powershell
- Experience in IT security and Networking
- Experience in systems monitoring and incident management
- Experience with VMware and / or Hyper-v (Nice to have)
- Knowledge in hardware for servers (Nice to have)
