For one of our clients, company that provides security solutions, we are currently recruiting Help Desk Technician. You will be joining an international environment with possibilities for personal growth.
• Previous experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk.
• Client oriented, dynamic personality.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
• English fluently spoken and written.
Your daily tasks:
• Configuration, monitoring and resolution of incidents (L1 /L2).
• Update of the SW.
• Management of services according to SLA.
• System recovery and maintenance backups.
• Compliance with security regulations, user and profile management.
• Work under freight work marked by ITIL.
