Delivery Monitoring

An excellent opportunity as Delivery Monitoring is available now in Barcelona within an important multinational of the luxury sector. About the job: In the position of Delivery Monitoring, you will be responsible to monitor and manage proactively the issues at any point of the Logistics Process to achieve the objectives in terms of Logistics care, Service and Cost.

Functions:

• To Global Monitor the Delivery/Transport status from generation until POD Confirmation in order to maximize the Service Level (OTIF).

• To review and solve the Front Office Requests, giving instructions to Logistic Operators and Logistic teams.

• To report and follow-up KPIs of the area.

• To carry out a weekly forecast of the warehouse activity (inbound, outbound and preparation) to allocate the necessary resources/capacities.

• To prioritize and coordinate the work load of HQ Warehouses.

• To give support to CS when needed.

• To manage urgent orders proposing alternatives according transport and warehouse processes.

• To manage customer calendars, monitoring the performance of coverage and fulfillment, and looking for new opportunities checking current customers.

• To continuously improve on existing processes & tools based on detected issues and internal best practices.

• To follow up transfer stock, in order to plan deliveries on the correct warehouse.

• To manage requests from Stock Allocation to recover cancelled orders.

• To plan orders in advance, in order to distribute the workload in the LOs, taking into account the stock availability, priority of customers and delivery dates.

• To plan and prioritize customer orders and warehouse resources when the contingency plan alerts are activated.

• Monitoring warehouse activity and the correct flow of all delivery information in the warehouse.

• Stock analyst.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years in Logistics and 1 year in similar position.

• Must have some experience in Logistics (any branch) or Supply Chain

• Education: Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.

• Languages: Spanish (Native) and English (Fluent).

• Competencies: Service and efficiency orientation. Perseverance. Teamwork and cooperation. Composure and patience.

• Immediate availability or within 15 days
