About the job:
In the position of Data Entry, you will be responsible to give support to the Operations Department.
- Follow-up and update of the rates and daily offers
- Update the data base
- Support to the clients
- Provide information to the clients
- Bring the cases from beginning to the end
- Prepare presentations and online training to clients
- Be in constant contact with the sales team and operations department
- Occasionally, translation tasks
- Also, business trips occasionally
Required a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with advanced level of English, and desired French or Dutch but not essential. To accomplish successful your function as a Data Entry / Customer Service, you will demonstrate that you are an organised and problem-solver person, motivated, multitask, and can work autonomous with a load of work. Also need to have an excellent level of Excel.
